THERAPIES

Hypno-Analysis

Is analytical therapy and is used to discover the original cause of psychological problems. Combining hypnosis with psychotherapy, we can achieve rapid results in a few weeks, usually 5 to 8 sessions, depending on the severity of the symptoms.

I specialise in the treatment of; Anxiety, Depression, Panic Attacks, Phobias, IBS, Insomnia, Emotional Traumas, Bereavement, using Hypno-Analysis, this combines psychotherapy and hypnosis.

We treat many other disorders not mentioned above, but whatever your problem, you can be assured that you will receive the best attention and that we will respect your right to confidentiality at all times.

Most people don’t realise that the majority of their illnesses have a non-physical cause. These illnesses can be removed without the use of drugs. Treating only the symptoms will never lead to a cure.

The reason why hypno-analysis can help with all of these conditions is because these conditions are only symptoms of an underlying anxiety, such as a buried trauma, emotion, shock, bereavement etc, which was not expressed at the time.

There is no reason why you need to put up with these problems, providing you are prepared to devote some time and effort to the therapy.

Hypnotherapy
Is suggestion therapy, in this treatment the therapist will relax the person into a nice state of hypnosis then make positive suggestions to their sub-conscious mind.

This will desensitise the mind in relation to their particular problem. It is ideally suited for treating the simpler problems such as smoking, nail biting, pre-test nerves, slimming, relaxation, stress and confidence boosting etc.

If the therapist attempts to stop a person smoking or reduce their weight or drinking and that person is suffering with anxiety or depression, then it will not work. The person will continue to smoke or gain weight. The reason for this is that smoking, eating and drinking are oral satisfactions, we turn to them when we are suffering with depression or anxiety. The only way to succeed is to treat their depression or anxiety first, then stop them smoking or eating too much. Then it will work.
